The online payment portal is great. It is super easy to set-up automatic payments. You can use the portal to request repairs, check your payment balance or just ask a question. I have rented from over 20 different people or companies since 1990 and Miller & Company has been the best by far. Would recommend to my family and friends.

There still is a listing of the residence up online somewhere, as people still keep coming up to tour the house asking to look at it etc
