Would like to have car washed before returned

I didn't use the service online because I don't know who to use for Mitsubishi service. Confused if all the people listed were with the Chevy side or what.The bad feeling I have after I think about the original quote and the price I paid. It was late in the day and I wasn't thinking straight as I had to get home and get ready for work the next day. 4:40 am comes pretty quick for meMy biggest gripe is the difference between the quote and the actual bill. Shop charges are also ridiculous and shady.Seems the quote is not actually a quote for service but a minimum charge and goes up from there significantly. Same thing happened when I had service done the last time. Debating on going back to the dealership I bought it from as their quote is the charge.

I really like the gentleman named Drake. He always explains things thoroughly and when I don’t understand, he’ll go a little deeper. Let me know what’s going on even had a video for me to watch. I appreciate him greatly and the staff..I called the Mitsubishi place and had to leave a message. Waited till the next day. Try a different number and I actually got through on this one, but it was not actually at the dealership.The service is always great. I get in quickly. They explained what is going on during the service, what they checked and even had a video I could watch to see what needs to be done next time, to explain to me what the process is. Very informative I appreciate that..
