See 1st comment.Key drop situation not good at all. No signage for drop or signage on service door.Dropped car before service center opened. Learned that there was no shuttle and loaner cars not offered.

Your dealership facility was very good at explaining all that was done to my car and I was surprised at how fast the service was completed. I was also happy to see that the recall on my radio was done and put in my car faster than I thought. It’s nice having something that I can use and not have to work around the problem I was having. Thank you so very much
