Snow needed to be cleaned off the walks around the dealership.Recent snow had not been shoveled and road into dealership was snow packed.

Each time I have been told they ran diagnostics and each time it’s a new area leakingDrivers seat was moved back so I could not reach pedals and steering wheel cover was damagedI was actually glad the service department manager was on vacation because the parts person that was covering did an outstanding job with how he treated not only me but other customers he came in contact withNo appointments available outside my work schedule
