I really wanted the other Outlander

Vehicle has been in for repair of oil leak twice and still leaks oil. Each time I have been told they ran diagnostics and each time it’s a new area leakingDrivers seat was moved back so I could not reach pedals and steering wheel cover was damagedI was actually glad the service department manager was on vacation because the parts person that was covering did an outstanding job with how he treated not only me but other customers he came in contact withNo appointments available outside my work schedule

I was just given an appointment without consulting me, & I didn't see it until the night before. I had to call back for a another more convenient appointment.I was told it would take 1-2 hours, but it took almost 3. He told me I was scheduled for something extra.It didn't affect my survey, but when I lived in FL, the Toyota dealership always washed my vehicle. I guess I shouldn't have expected it. It is a service that is very much appreciated.Everything was great. I was happy to be listened to.
