I was just given an appointment without consulting me, & I didn't see it until the night before. I had to call back for a another more convenient appointment.I was told it would take 1-2 hours, but it took almost 3. He told me I was scheduled for something extra.It didn't affect my survey, but when I lived in FL, the Toyota dealership always washed my vehicle. I guess I shouldn't have expected it. It is a service that is very much appreciated.Everything was great. I was happy to be listened to.
