It was very easy to get an appointment. Everyone was very friendly .

This answer falls under "other" but system would not allow me to move ahead without checking one of the standard boxes. There was not a lot of flexibility with my work schedule and this was for a recall. I ended up scheduling for a day I already had off work for other appointments.Friendly, attentive and thorough. 9 because still feels like the dealership is still an occasional forgotten child of the same owned larger Chevrolet dealership, just down the road.

Memorable experience, just because you got the sale don’t forget I’m still there, change the charging station up front part is broken or wore out, keep the snack station stocked fully for snacks and drinks it’s all the little things customers enjoy and it’s about the experience that will make it memorable. Over all it was good experience though.Only after it was sold I didn’t know where she went or what she was doing then I noticed was on to the next sale, but I get it we all got make money and got bills that need paid.Good service responsive until once the sale happened could have been more memorable rather than feeling like a number. Like when I was shopping, just because I you got a sale doesn’t mean I don’t exist anymore so to speak. Overall still good courtesy services sales experience. From Carrie, Andrew, Abe & Matt!
