Amy has been very helpful and accommodating.As a short term stay, I thought we could use the pool like a regular condo but I understand that they want to ensure rules are followed. My child who's 8 cannot swim with the older kid because she needs to be on the family swim slot. Too bad we were unable to swim because our check out was 12noon. That was the only thing coz we didn't know that there is a family swim lot that we need to follow.

I always have a great stay! Thank you to the concierge, especially Andrews, who is always smiling and wanting to make my stay comfortable. The others are great too - the person who helped with my check out was also very helpful during my stay, but I can't remember his name. The cleaner was exceptional (sorry, I didn't get her name either!).

We would like to acknowledge Aidan and Andrews at the front desk, for being very service oriented and responsive to any request (Aiden solved our parking pass issue etc.)

The contractor was excellent. Very professional and seemed to be very thorough. We are super pleased

Great well maintained building. Staff of 185 Lyon great to deal with.I have had a couple of not-so-great experiences with the resident service center and a rude elevator technician but that does not reflect on the staff at 185 Lyon.I also wish the elevator situation would be resolved especially since the property is asking for an above guideline rent increase. That being said, no building can be perfect and as long as that is the only recurring issue I am happy to stay at 185 Lyon, since it is hard to find such a good place to live downtown.

I really appreciate all of the staff and how well the building is maintained. I only wish there was more storage space in my apartment, but otherwise, this is worth the rent.

Rent is too high and keeps increasing. The layout in the studio apartment could be improved by making the kitchen bigger or providing more counter space. Water pressure in the bathroom can be improved.
