Your staff have all been wonderful…welcoming, helpful, and good natured…rental agent, office staff, concierges, maintenance people, cleaning staff.Some of the appliances in our unit are almost ready to be changed…e.g., the clothes washer makes a LOT of noise on the spin cycle. The microwave door handle wiggles even though it has been fixed once, and its vent fan is very loud. The dishwasher does not always dispense the soap package nor wash everything efficiently and we must be careful when moving the racks in and out so as not to knock off the rubber seal.The refrigerator and stove are working well.All in all rental apartment living here has been very positive for us.

My apartment when I moved in was still a bit dirty and appliances were not in top condition for instance the dryer lint was not clean and the counter top in the bathroom leaks.

A simple solution done within a minute! I was embarrassed to have called but the technician assured me it was something I should have called Minto to service, thus ensuring that I should not worry. It's my experience that staff across the building are professional and pleasant, and am grateful for that.

Elevators - Been here 1y and there's never been a point where they are all functional.AC - Summer months were brutal; despite requests to get it fixed, I baked in my unit.Common Spaces - Always random children taking over the 2nd floor, they enter through the doorway connected to the mall. Super awkward because they camp the door and push their way in when I head to the gym.Fire Alarms - Constant, and never a real fire.Pool - The swim classes are so frequent, and it's a zoo in there.

Hello,No major issues. The bathroom ceiling and walls, which were unsightly before the repaint, are now much cleaner. I appreciate it. However, the newly applied ceiling paint is already starting to peel. I don't think repainting is necessary right away, but I recommend choosing a different type of paint next time.Thank you.

My microwave was defective when I moved in back in September 2025. I only got one back on January 16 2026.
