We are still without a washer and dryer and no timeframe for when we will receive one. The matter is not resolved

We do have issues with the parking space we were assigned.

Morris is fantastic. Wan arrived and cleaned up what I could not. Andrew’s is always fantastic. They all looked after me and our home. Thank you thank you thank uou

The information sent in advance was awesome and everyone who I’ve met in this process has been so helpful. The only thing I’d suggest is a little rundown down when you pick up your keys. How the mail room works, how to get to get to the parkade (pressing the special button), where the cardboard disposal is etc.

This is the 4th time my thermostat in my apartment has frozen and I cannot get any heat. I have not had any heat in my apt for 24 hours and I’m not looking forward to another cold night. I would like a permanent solution to this problem and for someone to tell me when it will be fixed.

There was a leek in the unit which was resolved however dirty rags and area impacted were left without any clean up. Also, unit was cold with warm air only flowing downward in Kitchen area in one spot. Lastly when information for unit was left, it indicated unit would receive one housekeeping service and this never occurred ...

Your staff have all been wonderful…welcoming, helpful, and good natured…rental agent, office staff, concierges, maintenance people, cleaning staff.Some of the appliances in our unit are almost ready to be changed…e.g., the clothes washer makes a LOT of noise on the spin cycle. The microwave door handle wiggles even though it has been fixed once, and its vent fan is very loud. The dishwasher does not always dispense the soap package nor wash everything efficiently and we must be careful when moving the racks in and out so as not to knock off the rubber seal.The refrigerator and stove are working well.All in all rental apartment living here has been very positive for us.

My apartment when I moved in was still a bit dirty and appliances were not in top condition for instance the dryer lint was not clean and the counter top in the bathroom leaks.
