- elevators are constantly out of service- rent price adjustment higher than expected (that would be understandable IF maintenance was top-notch, which is not the case, see first bullet point)- unity maintenance in the unit is mostly palliative (the same problems keep coming back, scheduling is an issue it takes longer to have someone to visit us than it would take a few years back)

Amy was terrific in providing all the information required in advance. She continued to be very helpful with any questions I had. She is a keeper!Andres at your front desk was so helpful, and always had a smile. He knows everyone by name as they pass by, and he goes out of his way - opened the door when my arms were full, checked the mail when the delivery guy screwed up. you have very reliable people to help your guests. Thank you.

Andrews, the concierge, always went the second mile to provide service. His friendliness and kindness made us feel at home and made our experience at Minto extremely positive. Aiden also did a great job for us on the two occasions we sought help while he was working.

We really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Andrew's and Aiden at the front desk and Aron and Josh in the fitness facility.While it is understandable that elevators break and it has not been a major issue. We suggest a more proactive approach to elevator maintenance. In order to keep more ventilation in the units we suggest setting your window stoppers further away so the windows can open more and the apartment can breath more.
