I don’t do Google reviews, so I would love to offer extra positive feedback for Andrews, Aiden, and Ha (housekeeping). All three were highly professional and of great assistance to me. The entire staff is excellent!

Everyone was very nice to me.

Andrews, the concierge, always went the second mile to provide service. His friendliness and kindness made us feel at home and made our experience at Minto extremely positive. Aiden also did a great job for us on the two occasions we sought help while he was working.

We really appreciate the kindness and professionalism of Andrew's and Aiden at the front desk and Aron and Josh in the fitness facility.While it is understandable that elevators break and it has not been a major issue. We suggest a more proactive approach to elevator maintenance. In order to keep more ventilation in the units we suggest setting your window stoppers further away so the windows can open more and the apartment can breath more.

We were residents at Minto 185 before, so we knew we would have a great experience. The team never disappoints, very polite, responsive, kind and just great people. We moved to a bigger place so we could stay longer here, that's how much we enjoy living here and the people :)

The concierge staff are fantastic - always friendly and helpful. Andrews in particular is outstanding!

One burner on the stove was not working, but the issue was resolved after a follow-up.My apartment is too hot — the real feel is around 24.8°C. I have already called three times about this. I’m afraid to cook or do laundry because the temperature increases even more, often reaching 26–27°C. I need to open the windows before going to bed or while cooking or doing laundry to make it bearable.
