The concierge team downstairs are very nice but apart from that, living here has been a nightmare. The facilities in the apartment have been horrible over the past six months (please refer to my rent cafe messages) and construction is very disruptive

The building staff (concierge, etc) has been amazing! My main dissatisfaction is my dealings with the leasing agent, Samantha. Throughout the process she was hard to get a hold of and didn’t answer all of my questions/address all concerns. The lease wasn’t presented to me until the lease start date, leaving me to scramble to sign and retrieve all documents on the day of, in order for me to retrieve the keys to the unit. For example, I wasn’t told that insurance was required to get the keys until the day of getting the lease. I was told a welcome package would be left for me, but never received one. I ended up being double charged for my rent deposit and have tried to contact Samantha about how to receive a refund, she hasn’t responded. I had a question about my parking situation because concierge asked for me to get clarification from Samantha, and she hasn’t responded. The contact information on my profile needed to be updated and Samantha had told me that she would fix it, yet she never did. Overall, for these reasons, the application process was slightly discouraging -considering she knew how interested I was in submitting an application, yet was slow to respond on such an urgent timeline, and how she didn’t follow through on “being available to answer any and all questions or concerns”. Once the lease had been signed and all documentation had been sent to her, I haven’t been able to get in contact with her since, nor has she reached out.
