I want to acknowledge all of the concierges and the full time valet staff. As well as Emily, who cleaned our room weekly. All the staff are amazing! They made our stay so enjoyable. I also want to acknowledge Amy Rattray, account executive. She is warm, friendly, understanding and efficient. Honestly, everyone there is fabulous! You are so fortunate to have such excellent employees who have wonderful customer service skills.

Concierge was excellent, everything was booked and went very smooth. There were some small issues but they were all taken care of. The service team is right on spot and the cleaning of areas are professional .

Nigel was very welcoming and helpful throughout out stay. He even let us know if the upcoming storm in Sunday morning for our planning purposes. Always had a smile when we saw him.

All of the front staff - Nigel and the whole team - they are amazing. Lily and Esther are amazing in the housekeeping department.It is evident that all the staff give their best every day to assist all guests / residents in any way they can. They are so appreciated.
