The service request was to fix our guest shower which has been broken since we moved in 10 months ago. It has not been fixed and we have not been advised of the plan to fix it.

The concierge team downstairs are very nice but apart from that, living here has been a nightmare. The facilities in the apartment have been horrible over the past six months (please refer to my rent cafe messages) and construction is very disruptive
