Special Thanks to Amy, who helped us through the whole leasing and contracting experience before we moved in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions professionally and in a timely manner, guiding us properly through the process, and making all the arrangements that made our move-in smooth and delightful.

This is not about concierge but rather about admin itself who views my requests, specifically for tenancy, I have asked multiple times for a follow up regarding my move to a different unit and I have heard absolutely nothing back. I will soon be posting a 1 star Google Review. Though concierge is pleasant, maintaince work has been absolutely horrible. No response has directly been given by Minto to any of my admin requests.

The concierge's at the front desk were amazing. So courteous, helpful and polite. Always acknowledged my wife and I when walking by.
