The concierge staff are outstanding. Love our new suite and the building locationYour accounting software needs to be updated. No invoices or biling statements provided when I move from suite 1015 to 1010.My credit card on file was incorrectly charged 3 times with different amounts. Had to cancel my card otherwise a 4th pending charge was going to be made.Notified Samantha and Monika. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

ALL the concierge staff. They were all friendly and professional as well as making us feel at home. Very attentive in sorting out a few things we needed help with ie TV and hot water issues.

The whole front desk staff was incredible. Seriously. And Amy Rattray who facilitated getting me in there was absolutely top shelf in helping me through a tough situation and quickly. Bravo!
