The concierge staff are outstanding. Love our new suite and the building locationYour accounting software needs to be updated. No invoices or biling statements provided when I move from suite 1015 to 1010.My credit card on file was incorrectly charged 3 times with different amounts. Had to cancel my card otherwise a 4th pending charge was going to be made.Notified Samantha and Monika. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

If I could give you a six star I would. Everyone was so sweet upon our return. It just made us feel like we were coming home again.

ALL the concierge staff. They were all friendly and professional as well as making us feel at home. Very attentive in sorting out a few things we needed help with ie TV and hot water issues.

Nigel was always such a friendly face to see, coming and going!
