Nothing to improve. The concierge staff is amazing very helpful and friendly.

The whole front desk staff was incredible. Seriously. And Amy Rattray who facilitated getting me in there was absolutely top shelf in helping me through a tough situation and quickly. Bravo!

Sad to learn we might lose the Yoga Studio to the new ground floor tenant. Would have suggested adding larger smart screen with WIFI to allow for online fitness courses in that space.Never use the Media Room. Resident Lounge would be super useful for small dinner parties if it was a bit more upscale with a nicer view. Thank you for this survey.

Would love a bigger space for the fitness centre. I usually go to the gym with my partners and if they is 1 or 2 other people there is already crowded and make it uncomfortable to workout. This mean that we have to go at odd hours to get a workout in

It would be nice if you could move the fitness room treadmills and ellipticals are to where the yoga studio is as the view over the back alley is not very pleasant.
