The property management has been nothing but rude during any type of experience that occurs.

I’ve already recommended this to multiple friends. One I believe is moving in. I love living here I love how affordable it is yet still well equipped. Staff is lovely and easy to talk to.

My ac has broken three times since moving here (sep 2025). Although it’s fixed in a timely manner, having a broken ac in Texas is miserable.I think security needs to be better addressed. There have been people obviously scoping out apartments and cars in the parking lot. Homeless people trespassing. Ranger security did not come out when I called when I spotted three suspicious men at 6:00am looking in cars.Why are the community get togethers only during leasing office hours? Community events should be held during times when tenants are not working (typically outside of 9-5pm) I appreciate the effort, but I’m never able to attend since they only occur during work hours.

Very old apartments, things fall apart very easily, and the neighbors are very weird and the area isn’t safe, homeless people everywhere and there nothing good on this side of town. Do not recommend this place.

Management is horrible at communicating. Often leaving emails with no response. When the freeze happened I was out of full running water for more than a month with no concessions. They are always trying to do Mandatory inspections like a college dorm. It is not safe. Every package I have had delivered has been opened or stolen from my doorstep. Awful experience. I actively tell people to avoid leasing there

Homeless community in the area makes it an undesirable location to live in. The lack of scheduled maintenance is not ideal.
