Too many homeless resting on staircases, squatting in empty units, break ins, spray painting on doors. No matter how many times I have contacted the office about it, there is never any response.

The new office staff seems great, but office staff has completely changed at least three times since I moved in September. All of the apartments are infested with roaches. Security sucks. They say they’re patrolling but just zooming through the neighborhood. My car got vandalized in attempted theft and it cost over $2000 in repairs. It is not a safe neighborhood. There have been homeless people squatting in empty apartments. Just a mess. The only redeeming quality is that it’s cheap.

Most of the amenities around the place have been unavailable since I moved in, there are no cameras or security and people’s cars keep getting broken into and stolen

We need to feel secure, the pools needs to be clean, the mail needs to be safe, the mold clean and the roaches exterminated
