wait time from when I arrived for my appointment and when my vehicle was serviced was a bit long. Once my vehicle was serviced, it was fast.The only issue I had was the time it took to get my vehicle into the shop. I set up an appointment a week in advance, yet my vehicle was taken back more than an hour after my appointment time. I drive 2 hours to get service done. I left immediately after the service and drove straight to the school my children attend. I arrived just barely on time for pick up. I understand sometimes a previous appointment can run over on time but would hope to get my vehicle in a little sooner next time.

I was very satisfied with your phone support your on line scheduling is confusing and for those that bought a service warranty there is no way to schedule your free checkupssee aboveMulti point inspection video was incomplete, didn't show anything being actually checked, I never interacted with the actual service tech and the customer support was very efficient even if they may have stretched the truth on wHy it took so long for this service. Nobody likes waiting for your car but the truth about why it's taking so long is much better than a fib.great customer service.
