I was only able to drive in by myself and after the deal was completed. I had to leave my car there and drive the new one home. Joe the manage said he would have an employe deliver it to my home the next since it was late when i left. I also said to Joe that had wiper on the driver side that need the blade replaced and he told me that he would take care of it. That Servies! P.S. The car was a 2016 Outlander Sport and is still running great my wife car.I have been a Mitsubishi car buyer for a long time and can say it a great buying experience

I asked the floor manager to explain to me about the alarm system, and he didn’t know what I was talking about. He kept telling me that the VIN numbers are on all the windows.Again when it came to the finance department manager, it was all hustle to sell his gap insurance. He’d lower the price three times before I agreed to it and then when I had second thoughts before I left the dealership and wanted to change back to the original monthly payment, he lied tell floor manager to tell me to call the finance bank that they would have to do it.The young lady I worked with was very friendly, and so was the floor manager.your finance manager, all he cared about is selling the gap insurance to make his quota and when I told the floor manager I had second thoughts before I left the dealership that I wanted to redo the contract and take the gap insurance out, the floor manager went in and talked to the finance manager, and the finance manager told him to tell me to call the capital one bank that’s financing me and they’ll do it for me, which was a lieThat part was fineagain, your finance department is crap. It’s just a big hustle when I called and complained about it. The other finance manager all she could say was but you signed the contract repeatedly and not listening.

The entire process was smooth beginning with setting up the appointment. Any questions asked or concerns were answered. Finally it’s nice they let you know about 15-20 minutes before they’re done that you’ll be getting your car soon.

It did not offer fresh coffee that early a.m.Absolutely9 because it was hr 1st. Time I have taken it for oil change service. And wjen I take it again on t h e 2nd service I will definitely know if I can rated higher score. Thank you for tge 1st. Adequate service.
