Offer customers the ability to purchase a vehicle 100% online. This includes electronically signing documents online and down-payment. All I want to do is go to the dealer, see my car waiting for me in front, meet a representative with the keys to do a quick around inspection. If I have questions about thr vehicle I ask, otherwise, I go on my way.I would have preferred to 100% purchase the vehicle online and not have to deal with sales and definitely not any sales managers.They had to fix the documents multiple times because it had wrong information like VIN # and trade in value.I expressed that I was with my son that is on the Spectrum and would like to speed up the process, but that never happened.Because the experience was not perfect
