I've taken my vehicle to a couple "external" places for oil changes, but the service and price is much better when I take it directly to the dealership. Before I purchased my vehicle at Mission Mitsubishi, I tried a different Mitsubishi dealership that was closer to my residence and they were impatient and rude. Mission Mitsubishi makes me feel like a valued customer. This is the 3rd Mitsubishi I've owned and I will always come back to Mission Mitsubishi.From the day I purchased my vehicle (brand new) to each visit I've made for maintenance and repairs, every visit has been pleasant. Every person is courteous, professional and kind. They are knowledgeable and helpful no matter the situation. I am completely pleased with my overall experience!

All the service advisors are topnotch. Gus Amaro is awesome. He takes care of you from the moment you drop off your car up until the car is returned to you. The best thing about Mission is everyone there treats you right, they make you feel valued.We've always been treated very well by everyone at Mission Mitsubishi.
