Firkins also had a wide variety of snacks and selections of drinks. If they had that available here I didn't see them.Just because I expected same service as in FL. However, y'all actually did great.Again, they did a great job, it's just Firkins had many amenities I was awed by their level of customer service. It reminded me of the service offered by most companies when I was young but faded out over the year as corporations looked at cost savings.I got outstanding service. However, in FL at Firkins Mitsubishi in Bradenton, when I had the dealership did a recall item they all so ran the car through their dealership carwash and top off the nitrogen in tires. So, in my eyes they set bar of excellence.

Great workers don't need to improve

The gentleman that helped has excellent customer service, went into detail. All questions were answered in a very professional manner, would highly recommend. He made you feel comfortable to where you could ask questions and were answered with honesty, would highly recommend with him.

I say keep doing what you already are at Mission Mitsubishi. My experience with sales, finance, parts, and service have all been great. I love my 2025 Outlander PHEV.Sales staff, especially Mo Shammaa, were great. They were courteous and knowledgable and worked hard to get the deal done.
