I was going to leave an have my car check for 24 hrs stay.I called my daughter to pick up and she couldn’t do it until an hour. Thirty minute later I was called and told that my car was ready. I was lucky to still be around. So after all I felt good.Just do a general check before telling your customer to leave the car for 24 hours. That’s all. Thank youIt should be a 10. Because I was told that the car should stay for 24 hrs for evaluation before doing a general inspection, I’m giving a 9

Be more transparent with the type of oil being used in service package deals. Customers who prefer full synthetic will not be happy to learn that a lower grade oil (non-synthetic) was used.I got an amazing deal on my used car purchase. Both sales and service staff provide excellent service.

Either add more technicians to the day or not schedule cars so close to each other. This is scheduling issue but the technical service is great!The Technical Advisor is professional and explained to me why such service is needed without pressuring me.

On the 3rd visit for the squeaking brakes they used a substance that took away the squeaking for about a few days and then the squeaking came back.I did have to wait a few minutes for an advisor to come to check me in.
