Be more transparent with the type of oil being used in service package deals. Customers who prefer full synthetic will not be happy to learn that a lower grade oil (non-synthetic) was used.I got an amazing deal on my used car purchase. Both sales and service staff provide excellent service.

Either add more technicians to the day or not schedule cars so close to each other. This is scheduling issue but the technical service is great!The Technical Advisor is professional and explained to me why such service is needed without pressuring me.

On the 3rd visit for the squeaking brakes they used a substance that took away the squeaking for about a few days and then the squeaking came back.I did have to wait a few minutes for an advisor to come to check me in.

Really appreciate the fresh coffee, snacks and cleanness of the waiting areaI been coming to mitsubishi for few years. They provided exellente customer service, they how they get me to come back every time. Mr. Romo always with great attitud and knowledge. Then service dept. Jacob Thomas, patient, caring, great attitud, great customer service, always providing the best!!!

It's time to invest in some new furniture for your waiting area folks!I was really grateful they checked my battery while servicing my car. Apparently it was low and needed to be replaced - I was there on the 7th - the battery warranty expires the 17th!Quick and friendly service!
