Our over all experience WAS GREAT ! They were able to accommodate everything we asked for and we got exactly what we needed.All the associates were very friendly and easy to work with. When we asked questions they were answered no run around.We were very pleased.

We bought the vehicle from your dealership and it was a very pleasant experience. However six months after driving the vehicle the catalytic converter clogged up and caused the vehicle to run slow and not exceed 60 miles an hour. I took it into the shop and they told me that there was an aftermarket catalytic converter on the vehicle and that it was not guaranteed. And as I looked on the Kelley Blue Book Mission Mitsubishi is the one that installed the aftermarket part. They should’ve installed the factory part. Well as it turns out I had to pay the total price for a factory part when I should’ve been reimbursed for that because it was not my fault just driving half a year and it going bad is very unreliable. But because there was an aftermarket part installed there was no guaranteed for me to get a new Cadillac converter so I had to pay this price for the system and I shouldn’t have to. That’s my only complaint the service was great the service advisor was great everything was great about that except that I had to pay out-of-pocket for a brand new one which I shouldn’t have to have or I would at least been told when I purchased the vehicle that it had an aftermarket Cadillac converter on it what they did not tell me. I would’ve not bought the vehicle if I knew that and I wasn’t told that so that’s my only complaint thank you for listening.

They went above and beyond. Especially Kayla and Romo..I did not feel stressed, I felt comfortable and they where there to help me anyway they could. I was not treated as another number. The advisor is doing her job communicating with me and updating me. However, my vehicle issues is not getting fixed. I'm bringing in my vehicle in and just getting the run around of what it could be and still having same issues. I reached out to lemon law attorney for assistance. You are pushing it onto the advisor to fix when thats the issues.
