The very first day I wasn’t notified I was actually approved. They continued to ask if I was “willing” for xyz. I didn’t know a lender was approved until I called back the following day and asked.Willingness to help me get approved for the vehicle of my choice.

They truly make your feel like you matter and aren’t just another customer. I had called a Mitsubishi dealership closer to me to get the repairs I needed done. They were rude to me and made me feel like I was wasting their time. I called mission which is 45 minutes away from me and they made me feel like I mattered so yeah I will drive the 45 minutes to mission!They are always kind and courteous. They care about your time. They tell you without pushing you about issues with your vehicle.

The only complaint would be that you all don’t wash the car after a service, which is a bummer.Customer service and speed
