My outlander is beautiful. I’m very happy with the product interior and exterior. Jacob in Service I feel needs to be recognized for his outstanding customer service. He was amazing. He should be a trainer for your company.I’m paying $70,000 on a $45,000 vehicle. I kept being told you see the total here? It looks like it doesn’t go there, but that’s just how we break it down. I went from a 667 payment to 899 not exactly where I wanted to be so I was a little disappointed with how it turned out at the end. Hopefully this can get refinanced to or lower interest rate soon and I was told that nothing was rolling over from the last vehicle to this one, but after looking at all the paperwork I know it’s in there that’s why I’m paying $70,000Jojo was my sales person. He was nice but once the sale was complete he didn’t tour us on the features of the vehicle. He connected me to Mitsubishi connect but that was it. Afterwards I just felt like a number. I’ve been in sales all my life and could tell that he may be new to this environment and it’s ok… we all gotta start somewhere. JACOB IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HAS BEEN ASSISTING ME FOR THE PAST TWO WEEKENDS. This is the second Mitsubishi I purchased so the reason why I’ve been there. Every weekend was my puddle light on the left-hand side was defected and I also didn’t have the car manual in my glove compartment or was told I had a tire kit didn’t even know where to look for that. Jacob took the time to show me where the tire kit was didn’t realize there was two different carpets. I would say to lift in the back to access it my old Mitsubishi, which was 2024 came with an corners manual in a black and red zip up cover and this one didn’t so I was a little disappointed in that. He asked Jojo to go retrieve one for me and Jojo came back with just the manuals. It wasn’t in the protective fancy mission Mitsubishi, black and red zip up case so a little disappointed in that because even looking it up in YouTube, the vehicles still come with the black and red zip up other than that Jacob has been amazing. He’s definitely an asset to the company. He made sure to get the part for the puddle light. Let me know that it might take some time, but he checked on us and honestly, it was OK sitting in the waiting area because I knew we were being taken care of Jacob goes above and beyond he stays in touch. He communicates well. He toured me with my vehicle and made sure to touch base on everything before I left as I said he is an asset to the company I hope he gets promoted soon. If he hasn’t already, I wouldn’t wanna lose someone like that on my team.

Just talk to your sales team about how not to be so aggressive when customers pull into the dealership we as customers do not like that we want to look and feel for the right salesman we know what we want and being pushed is not one ask for the sale dont force the sale thank youMo made it really easy and fast just like our last purchase
