If there is one critique I have about the wait room it is this:Please insist that cell phones NOT be used: but if needs be, then insist that people use earphones. Or, have a separate room for these folks so that others do not have to listen to their conversations.I came in for regular maintenance. Scheduling was easy and I was taken at the scheduled time. Ms. Carrie Boswell, my advisor, did an excellent job updating me on the progress of the work on my vehicle. The wait room was clean and well-stocked with snacks, coffee and water and the wait time normal.

If a person buys 2 cars same day I recommend providing a porter to help deliver the extra vehicle even if its at a fee.The customer service was outstanding, the staff was polite and accommodating. The sales man was very helpful over and beyond what I would have ever imagined and the finance manger was very information detailed about my documents I was signing. No pressure, very relaxing and enjoyable happy experience.
