NoneI dropped my car off and waited inside. My car came out and it was more than 30 minutes before I got a text stating my car was finished and the additional services that my car might need. Took way too long for an oil change. I even told them and showed them the paperwork that I had had a tire rotation and new tires put on at discount tires. Even though I had this, they still wanted to sell me the service.. No communication the entire time I sat in there waiting to get an oil change. Whoever my service person was was not efficient..

I got a rough estimate that it would take about an hour because there were multiple cars ahead of me, even with an appointment.The place was a mess, with limited seating and very cramped conditions.He was friendly enough, but he did not give me a warm, fuzzy feeling that I was a valued customer. This is my 5th Mitsubishi purchase, but I felt like I was going into a 10-minute oil change franchise, without the 10-minute wait time.At my last dealership, I would receive the vehicle back freshly washed, vacuumed, and with a floor cover. That did not happen here.I got no sense of the dealership wanting to establish a relationship with me, it seemed to be about getting me in and out and not trying to learn my likes and dislikes as a customer. With service like this, this will be my last Mitsubishi purchase.I was handed the form, shown where to sign, but received no explanation as to what was done, other than the oil change, or what would be done next.They did not know what servicing I needed. I offered to give them my VIN to look in your system, but they declined. I bought an extended service plan and warranty, but they did not bother to look it up.
