Great service from the storage facility. I removed my boat to use it and was contacted by the storage facility to verify that I had taken it. I will definitely use them in the future.

When we rented the storage unit and we were very very pleasantly surprised as how the empty units were pristine cleaned. The manager could not prep for us viewing the empty units as we had no scheduled appointment. Additionally, very surprised to see how the grounds were mowed. There was no trash whatsoever on the driving paths, in fact, the manger, not knowing we were behind him stopped to pick up an item that had been sitting on the driving path. The manager, Howard, was very helpful, explaining in detail what about the differences in the various units, offered his personal opinion about storage based on our information, and ensured we knew how to enter the gated area. He is an asset to this property, very friendly and made the experience quite pleasant and unstressful.

I was quite impressed with the courtesy and friendliness of the manager. He answered all my questions and more. It was a very good experience and I would recommend Mission Storage to anyone. Very clean too!

I appreciated the quick availability of the storage space for my trailer and pleased to have the assurance that it was being monitored for its security. A 2 week move out notice does seem to be an unnecessary requirement, however.

Howard was such a nice man and was able to help me over the phone getting my unit all set up. He even came on Sunday to make sure that I found my unit.
