Run by very good people. The unit was clean and ready to go. Very pleased!

The process, itself, was easy and Sunny was very nice. The only disappointment was that the 5x5 unit isn't actually 5x5.

The person in charge was very helpful and took extra time to explain everything to me.

Howard has been fantastic. As seniors, we sometimes require extra help navigating today’s new ways of doing business. Often businesses are very impatient and borderline rude when our brains don’t correspond to new the new electronic protocol. NOT SO with Hernando Storage and Howard. Howard was very patient, helpful and professional. Howard and Hernando Storage have been a delight.

From the minute I walked through the door Howard made me feel Soo comfortable and treated us like family. Through these last couple of years with covid compassion and human decency has been cast aside but Howard exemplifies all of that. We are very happy to be a part of the Hernando storage family ( mom loved the go cart ride and is more intent on getting one)
