This is my second time using Hernando Storage. I will use them again. Howard treats all his customers like family.

The gentleman that took care of me was very thorough and knowledgeable patient who is awesome customer relations skills I was totally satisfied and it was a pleasure to have been serviced by him.

Amazing customer service. Just like prior days when companies acted like they truly wanted your business. What a breath of rare fresh air. We dealt with Howard. He was very attentive and professional. Howard took care of all of our concerns. We feel like we are in good hands.

I recently met with Howard McCarrick and rented a 10x20 storage unit. I could not have had a more pleasureful experience. I was extremely satisfied with Howards customer service and cleanliness of the the unit. I will definitely recommend this storage facility to others in the future.

When I got to the office , Howard was very polite, he explained the different sizes and prices for the storage units..I told him what I was looking for and he drove around to look at a few different units...very personable..we talked about the states we were both from..talked about family....most people just want to get you to purchase....it was a great experience.

Howard, the manager, at the facility really helped. This is the second time I have stored items @ this facility and each time it has been a great experience AND many improvements to the facility have been made to make the experience even better!
