Howard and Jim were awesome to work with

What really did it for me was when I had a small issue with my Unit and my husband made it known and the Manager (Howard) contacted us right away about it set a time to meet me there and took care of it immediately. Every time I have asked him for help he has went above and beyond to help me. Like last Christmas I was there trying to getChristmas stuff down from the top of my unit and Howard came by and stopped to see if he could help me and spent his time to make sure I got all I needed down. This was not a one time thing because anytime you have a problem or need a hand he has told the tenants just call me and ill come down and help you. You don’t get that kind of treatment at other Storage places. This Storage Facility is kept clean has recepticals setting around for trash and like I was at the Storage unit today and he came by and took all my trash and disposed of it for me. Thank You Howard for being so thoughtful.

This morning I was in a rush to find a storage unit it needed to be done quickly I was helped by mr. Howard which he answered all my questions fairly quickly he gave me a quick tour of the nice remodeled facility and I was very pleased with all the prices and all the great help I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area or anyone who wants to have their stuff stored in a nice secure location again thank you Howard mccarrick II for all you have done today keep up the good work.

Howard was great to talk to and has made the rental experience very easy.
