Howard McCarrick assisted us in signing up, choosing the appropriate size. He also accompanied us to the unit to make sure we knew location and could access the storage area. Howard is a very pleasant person to deal with.

We were able to get a unit on short notice, and were immediately put on the list for a climate-controlled unit. The facility is accessible and clean, and the individual who assisted us was very accommodating and friendly.

The facility is very clean and organized. Howard is amazing. He made us feel welcomed and genuinely interested in getting us in the right unit. This is my first storage unit, and he has made it stress free. I am so happy we called Howard. This facility was the first one we called and realized it was the right one. No need to shop around. The rates were competitive but Reasonable. 24 hour access helped. the office staff was extremely helpful but it was the security that I like the best.
