We were greeted with a smile, and were immediately asked if he could help us. He helped us and we are very satisfied.

Sheldon was such a great help and he was beyond professional. The entire staff made us feel safe and we more than got our monies worth. Facility was always cleaned and well kept. Your staff also kept a high visibility on site.

Dealing with the team at this location has far exceeded my expectations! Storage and “service” aren’t words I would use together based on experiences I have had with other storage companies and I was pleasantly surprised that the team at this facility, Howard and Sheldon, took time to actually provide great customer service, answer questions when we had them and make us feel very good about renting at this location. I rarely leave official reviews on company websites but felt compelled to do so in this instance, as they certainly earned and deserve it!

I had absolutely no problems with my experience at Mission storage. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I wound up staying a few days longer than I wanted to and then had to pay for a whole month. That was the only bad part of this whole experience.
