Parts were supposed to been ordered 6 months ago no update on the parts from service departmentSmall parking areaThere wasn't any detail done to the vehicle came out like it went inSide panel have not replaced on the front doorsNot a concerning or communicating advisorThe service department need a lot of improvement when it come to customer serviceWhen ever got somebody to answer the phoneNo communication

If multi point had been done, nothing was shared and moments after departing my tire pressure light remained on due to low sure but if the multi point had been done, the service tech would’ve known to add air to the back tire.Upon checking out, my paperwork eluded to possible concerns; however, nothing was verbally shared to indicate whatever was suggested on the checkout paper.
