Horrible experience. Was ignored when I asked for help. Belittled and gaslit when I mentioned it after procedure. The Roseville office needs to seriously recheck who they have as doctors and the North Oaks office needs to seriously check their front desk. I heard nothing but gossip while I was waiting in the waiting room.

Honestly this has been such a positive e patience two times in a row now. I am going to bring my daughter to Dr. Abdou. He is professional, friendly, explains thoroughly, and answers questions with kindness. He’s not afraid to laugh and make fun jokes! Such a great experience for a not-so-great tooth issue! Thanks Dr. Abdou! Awesome team too, they were all 10/10!!

while everyone was kind, i was surprised to get very confusing messaging about credits being applied to a temporary tooth that were not applied, then it was sent to collections. It was about $300 out of entire bill of nearly $3000 (paid). The office staff were apologetic but then said that they had to collect the next procedure (thousands of dollars) in advance, and then refund me later from insurance. That made it next to impossible with a fairly constrained financial situation. I wish that communication on the credit referenced in office would have been followed through on.
