With this new management, many things at Monarch Medical Center have been going really well! This management has been extremely communicative, transparent, and timely in handling problems around the property and issues in each unit. They have also made an extreme effort to make the complex grounds much more safe, accessible, and overall functional by filling in potholes, constant gardening and sidewalk restructures, ensuring the gates are mostly closed and functional, and enforcing property rules like parking and security. With this current management, it is also apparent how involved they have been to cultivate community within the property by hosting events and inviting food trucks to the area. Since I have been living at this property a bit longer than the current management has been set here, I rated my experience as a 4 due to issues with previous management. It really has been a pleasure to live here in these recent times due to the diligence and care of the current management at the property.

I had a good tour

Nice Place to live. Like all the places have issues. Like the Gate have a lot of issues. Now not work. The gate stay open. That ocure often. The Gym have broken machines since I move. The Pool was close, recently was open like a month ago. But the employee are super good. They treat me and my wife super. Kiya its a great administrator always makes the things easy and resolve everithing. She is Great.

Ms. Esther was incredibly helpful in assisting me through calls, messages, emails, and in person regarding the Monarch and its sister community Melia.

The manager (star) in there is mean, rude and you can’t talk to her cause she yells at you or tells you if you don’t like it you can move out which is out of mind.Besides that Kia is very friendly different compare to the manager she’s the girl showing the apartmentsMaryland is also very helpful.Maintace guys are amazing. They are always doing his job.This winter we were not able to use the jacuzzi cause something was broken and manager never got it fix even tho we asked for it.
