Nobody has even come to apartment since I’ve made a request. And if they have I have not received any notification stating otherwise or a note on my door.

Why am I receiving a survey for a request that was never done nobody ever came to my house and if they did, they came in illegally because I specifically asked for me to be present when repairs are being made. The maintenance team at Monarch has always been sketchy. They come in without knocking all the time, which is why I asked for me to be present for repairs.

I wish the office answered the tenants more. A lot of people work and try to get ahold of them and no one answers no matter the time of the day.
