The manager (star) in there is mean, rude and you can’t talk to her cause she yells at you or tells you if you don’t like it you can move out which is out of mind.Besides that Kia is very friendly different compare to the manager she’s the girl showing the apartmentsMaryland is also very helpful.Maintace guys are amazing. They are always doing his job.This winter we were not able to use the jacuzzi cause something was broken and manager never got it fix even tho we asked for it.

Why am I receiving a survey for a request that was never done nobody ever came to my house and if they did, they came in illegally because I specifically asked for me to be present when repairs are being made. The maintenance team at Monarch has always been sketchy. They come in without knocking all the time, which is why I asked for me to be present for repairs.

I wish the office answered the tenants more. A lot of people work and try to get ahold of them and no one answers no matter the time of the day.
