Offer cleaning services ? Enlarge the dog park, better laundry room, have a private space for those who’d like to take advantage of the coffee bar. Maybe we could rent ones of the rooms in the front office to watch movies or use the computers?

Fix the stuff that we pay for and not raise our rent more and more each month when i was first told that water was included.
