I like the overall complex I ave nothing negative to say. If management is open to having a better gym for property I think that would be a good idea and bring in more residents. Believe it or not a lot of residents do look at if apartments have a good gym outside of the price point just so they don’t have to get a membership

Start renewing the apartments, maintenance has been great, I had made a report about the plug ins, and lights and it was fixed within 3 days I think, definitely thought it would take more than a week to fix. And please start answering emails.

Continue communicating with residents, either by email or text, make the security man or woman more visible.
