My time at Montalago has been overall very pleasant. The landscape was one thing that drove me to the apartments. It fell off last year for several months.It was kind of disappointing, but I see that things are getting back to normal. The staff is wonderful. Everything is done in a timely fashion. If you have a maintenance issue. Very clean property, we have an awesome maintenance team.

Need to keep the pool open can't have access to pool always something has to be fix on it

Is one week or longer reasonable to repair a water heater?

It took 3-4 visits to resolve.

Staff was amazing!

Everything during my visit with my “Sister-in-Law” was very good. Remember what I told you during my later visit, my sister-in-law was going to live in the apartment, not me. I was going to help her make the monthly lease payments. She decided not to lease because there no immediate First Floor apartment available and it was too close to her home.PLEASE DO NOT SHARE MY FEEDBACK PUBLICLY.Thank you for everything.

Nothing ever gets fully resolved , they can’t change my light bulbs in the closet which is higher than the average closets , they don’t ever finish the work and they tell the office they have . And every single thing is wrong they “have to order it “ no follow ups ,

Garage still not fixed

The staff here at Montelago are phenomenal and made the process easy and simple I strongly recommend these apartments they are very clean and a lovely community to live in.

Anything that has to do with temperature in the apartment should be emergency. I’m an elderly, I was sick with cold, but it took them 2 calls, 48 hours, and argument before they came in.Second, the burner that was repaired is no longer working.
