Everyone on the team is amazing! Fast and helpful. Complex is kept clean and pretty but the grass cutting schedule is starting to be concerning again. The weeds and grass is very high.

It was a horrible experience with the manager and assistant Janae and Nerrissa. Both are bullies and unprofessional, which needs to be evaluated by upper management. Always talking in with sarcasm tone, and has no consideration for tenants sconcerns within the Montelago community.

It took over three weeks to get a dryer. When I first incurred about it I was told a dryer had to be ordered and they were ordering one the next week I was told the dryer had not been ordered the next week no dryer when I asked for corporate number a dryer was installed not a new one I had to go to the laundromat 3 weeks in a row all while paying rent for an apartment that was supposed to have one 🙄

Resolved very fast and the guys were very friendly. Thank you very much!

I noted to call before entering and that wasnt done. I also wasnt aware of the inspection date

My time at Montalago has been overall very pleasant. The landscape was one thing that drove me to the apartments. It fell off last year for several months.It was kind of disappointing, but I see that things are getting back to normal. The staff is wonderful. Everything is done in a timely fashion. If you have a maintenance issue. Very clean property, we have an awesome maintenance team.

Need to keep the pool open can't have access to pool always something has to be fix on it

Is one week or longer reasonable to repair a water heater?
