We are pleased the problem was quickly resolved.

Besides being without the use of my garage for over 30 days (for which I was reimbursed for), my car was towed despite having a valid parking pass in the windows on the driver side. Had to Uber to the impound lot and pay $317.00 to retrieve my car.

Jenae was always amazing! The former staff as well. I know the majority of the ladies are new. Didn’t have a wonderful experience with them but I’m sure Jenae is training them well

Yes would’ve rated 5 but feel like the safety of tenants/property could be better protected by a better more on scene security protocol. Also as far as amenities a play ground little park like area for kids. Kids really dosen’t have a place to play and ride bikes. The large grass area North side of property would be a great area to build something for the kids. Also something better needs to be done for all the stray cats. Other than that I love it hear the staffing and maintenance are great

The request for the interior bug treatment was put in last week. The request was marked as resolved before anyone had come into my home. This week, with no call, email, or warning or heads up, someone entered into my home only to find out it was the pest services. That isn’t appreciated. There is also some miscommunication on what the pest services did in my home. One person said they sprayed in the home while the pest services left a note saying they set traps. Since they set traps I’ve seen more bugs than I had before. This is also not appreciated.

IT WAS FIXED QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONAL

We were told the Thermostat needed to be replaced because it keeps shutting off, and we have to keep resetting it. Please replace the Thermostat. Thank you!

Neighbors are not picking up dog poop! Charging for covered parking is bad! Shouldn’t charge that way we would have more parking everywhere, even those who are not close to the covered ones!
