I have a complete mind at easy when I bring my car in for service and repairs. Cheryl has always been respectful, kind and informative. She knows her job inside and out.

Maintenance never came.

The refrigerator has a problem many time that spoil my food throw away a lot. I feel so uncomfortable.

I had to call again the second time before maintenance could be sent. I kept telling the person on the other end that it was urgent.

This is not my first review here. This maintenence team has the work ethic of a hobo. I have had to request their service many times and have always been left with an unresolved issue. Pathetic!

Called them out and within minutes a tech was at my residence. He informed me of the issue and completed a ticket for it. The next day while at work it was completed 👍🏾. Great service and timely!!

The office staff is very professional. I appreciate my mainness issue being done in a timely fashion. We have an awesome maintenance team.

I've been living here for 18 months and I'm happy with the maintenance and the events they organize for the community.

Refrigerator so old and damaged.Patio is so dirty and stained.Garbage one week already is still not collect and in front the room is smell very bad.The Parking lot is so small easy damage and Easy to hit the door.Everything is the room no clean so dirty everywhere they don’t check Hygiene so Uncomfortable to move in. they give customer clean by self.The storage is so small they should update and the Dishwashing area so small too.
