The refrigerator is old and broken. Bathroom and kitchen floor are not good. The lights in the house are not bright enough.

The towel bar was replaced quickly but was also replaced with a bent towel bar, too. If I should ever move I have photos of old and new and would not want to be charged for a damaged towel bar when it was a bent one they replaced with. Otherwise always happy with maintenance here at Montelago

I hate when new residents get a better deal on their lease than someone who has been paying rent on time for 8years.

Had to put in a 3rd maintenance request (as of 11/6/25) to resolve my ice maker clumping ice together as one giant piece of ice. Pointed out potential resolutions like water is leaking when filling ice tray and providing pictures to prove how and where it’s leaking from but has progressively gotten worse to a point now the ice maker leaks so much that I would compare my ice tub to a flat frozen lake.To top it off, they left the 2nd maintenance visit without turning back on our fridge/freezer nor did they return some items back to the freezer without communicating anything. This caused multiple foods to spoil. Sad face.

The problem was not solved and the work order says that it has already been resolved.
