Why is the grass not cut by building G? Why hasn't my trash been picked up by valet? I'm paying extra fees in these "services" but not getting the service. Either remove the fees or find actual vendors.

Jr had to be called out Saturday to fix my AC. I didn't have to wait long for him to arrive. He was able to get the AC up and running in no time. Jr is always pleasant and courteous. He is an asset to the Montelago community.

My issue was resolved in a very timely fashion.It was within one hour.Both service requests were completed within five minutes. I have always said we have an awesome maintenance team.

Love how quick they responded to maintenance needs, such as fire alarm needing batteries, patio door not closing, etc.
