Whether you do it or not, I am not recommending Mitsubhishi Vehicles to anyone. Instead, I will go one step forward and convince NOT TO BUY MITSUBISHI VEHICLE.Appointments not available due to lack of Trained Mitsubhishi Techs. Also, never recommend any one to buy Mitsubhishi Vehichles. Factory fitted tires dont last 26000 miles, Batteries dont last more than 4 years. Warranties expires in 3 years. You buy a new battery that cost around 400 dollars from Mitsubhishi dealer and they give 7 Years warranty. Why not provide better batteries when customer buys new vehicles and build reputation rather than cheat and lose reputation. No wonder Mitsubhishi has a bad reputation. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND MY FRIENDS OR RELATIVES TO BUY MITSUBHISHI VEHILCLES.This is not a Mitsubhishi only service center. They are aligned with Nissan and it appears they have only 1 trained Mitsubhishi Technician. Even in case of emergencies, appointments are not available before 10 days.

Good evening. I was very satisfied with everything that was done for my2024 Mitsubishi eclipse cross.. my service advisor. Let me know two things. When I bought my vehicle. He was wondering why they did not put a new inspection and admission sticker on. So he took care of that situation. And because of how cold the weather was that morning when I brought my car in, they cannot do the complementary car wash and he explained the reason why and he told me to give him a call to schedule it, which was awesome.
