Good evening. I was very satisfied with everything that was done for my2024 Mitsubishi eclipse cross.. my service advisor. Let me know two things. When I bought my vehicle. He was wondering why they did not put a new inspection and admission sticker on. So he took care of that situation. And because of how cold the weather was that morning when I brought my car in, they cannot do the complementary car wash and he explained the reason why and he told me to give him a call to schedule it, which was awesome.

The coffee was really, really awful. I couldn’t drink it. Although I’m grateful there were snacks, they were sugary gummies. Maybe granola bar would be better.Overall I was satisfied but was taken back by his initial rudenessThe phone service needs to be improved. Sometimes no one answers phone but maybe I am calling wrong area, but that should be easier navigating.I even had to reschedule my schedule to get car inspected, and even then it aS after inspection was due.Although it was not a big deal, the man was initially gruff and then softened. I didn’t hear him and when I asked to repeat the question, he shouted obnoxiously loud which I thought was inappropriate and immature. I have hearing impediment and I don’t do things like to people who can’t seeQuick and reasonably priced
