A text asking to confirm an appointment and then a text reminder is sufficient.Receiving 2 phone calls then a text to confirm is a bit much. My recommendation is send text to confirm and if no response, follow up with a call.

Everyone seemed to be pleased about doing a good job and they also seemed to enjoy working there. This attitude comes from the top I feel so it the kind of environment I like and would trust.
